  My husband and I have used Zanders Mortgages on multiple occasions and dealing with Alicia and Susan is always a pleasure. They are always able to provide us with exactly what we are looking for and go above and beyond during our entire experience. Definitely would recommend them and will be using them in the future.

  We have use Zanders Mortgages 10 years ago for the first time.
  Since then she has remortgaged and also helped us with purchasing our second home.
  
  Exceptional service Susan has always been Fast, efficient, and has gotten us rates that we were extremely happy with.
  We have no reason to go any where else

  I called them to discuss renewing my mortgage. I had to hang up as a client was coming in. They called me back which was great, and when I explained that I had had to hang up and would call them back, they just hung up on me. Strange way to do business. It is too bad because the rates they had on their website looked great, and they are local, but I try and do business with people who are at a minimum polite enough to say, "Sure, no problem. We look forward to hearing back from you".

  I recently had to re-mortgage with a tight time line. Susan was amazing to deal with and worked extremely hard to secure the best rate and terms available!
